Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character in the film Bo. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter who was an academic, and Peter Silk, who was known as an accomplished actor and director. He was also a playwright, educator and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Some of Anna's earliest memories were of going to play rehearsals and watching her mother do her job. Silk made several commercials while she was still in the midst of her childhood. The year 1997 was the time she graduated with an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas produced at least Two early productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto to pursue her acting profession in November 1999. She then, over the next decade, she moved in the following decade to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future husband, who she first met during her time in Los Angeles at an Actors Workshop. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple got married in 2009. They were married in Fredericton on April 10th the couple renewed their vows following her conversion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron is her second son, born on the 13th of May in 2016. Silk's TV work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received a Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009, she got the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. Silk was expecting while shooting the final season of the third season. The actress announced her pregnancy to the viewers in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special of January 6, 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 to announce that she is ready to resume working. On June 4, 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the production of the fourth season. CNN named Bo's portrayal alongside Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most talked about TV couples of all time. E! voted it the top couple on TV for 2013. Entertainment Television. As a result of Silk's popularity Silk has gained a large presence on social media.
